Guillermo Ortiz, General Director of Forensic Quality, participated as a Lead Evaluator with the ANAB Accreditation Body during the evaluation of the forensic laboratories of the Fiscalía General del Estado de Yucatán.
During the closing meeting, Guillermo Ortiz met with the State Attorney General and the Director of the Forensic Laboratories, emphasizing the importance of having accredited forensic laboratories for criminal investigations.
The involvement of senior management will always be crucial for the implementation and, above all, the maintenance of a Quality Management System in forensic laboratories.
