By accessing and using forensicq.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Ownership

2. Permitted Use

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without express written permission
• Use the Site for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Submit unsolicited commercial communications (spam) through the contact form

3. Services Described

The Site describes two categories of services offered by Forensic Quality:

• Social Service: Free weekly forensic science courses, provided at no cost as an educational initiative.
• Consulting & Accreditation: Professional paid services for forensic laboratories. Specific terms for each engagement are formalised in separate agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, design, and code — is the property of Forensic Quality or its respective rights holders and is protected by Mexican and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Book and External Purchases

The Site includes links to Amazon for the purchase of Sistemas de Calidad en los Laboratorios Forenses. Forensic Quality is not responsible for the terms of sale, return policies, or user experience on external platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Forensic Quality does not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates Google services (Calendar, Appointment Scheduling) and Zoom. Use of these services is subject to each provider's own terms and privacy policies. Forensic Quality assumes no responsibility for the operation of external platforms.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
